About ProQuant®
ProQuant® is a patented proteomics platform for performing LC-MS/MS bottom-up proteomics on a wide range of biological samples.
With a strong focus on analytical performance, ProQuant® consists of a range of methodologies each designed to capture different aspects of the proteome, and to analyse different sample types. The ProQuant® platform is an exceptional problem-solving tool, which in our expert hands has the power to speed up and de-risk multiple phases of the drug development pipeline.
Our Approach
We are committed to thoroughly understanding our clients’ projects and challenges from the outset of our collaboration, ensuring we are fully informed to recommend the most suitable experimental approach.
From there we formulate an experimental design, combining our expertise with our client’s expert knowledge of their biology. Such a design can include custom processing of the samples to bespoke analysis pipelines. This focus on the details means that our clients can have confidence in the resulting data.
Results are provided in the format required by the client, with as much bioinformatics support as needed. This can be a simple list of protein abundances, or include analysis of peptides and PTMs or even fractional in vivo cleavage of proteins. Statistics can include everything from basic analyses, through gene ontology analysis to more in-depth analysis such as custom enrichment analytics using Tukey’s Higher Criticism. Our data packages are tailored to the specific requirements of each project to ensure our clients have the data they need to move forwards.
