Immunoassay Design and Optimisation

 Our team have extensive experience in the design and optimisation of immunoassays. Alongside working with commercially available kits, we build bespoke robust ELISA-based assays for use with a variety of biological matrices, such as selectively detecting the active form of a target protein. We also support full assay validation and transfer to CDMOs, ensuring readiness for downstream development.

For multiplex readouts, we use the Luminex platform to measure up to 80 analytes in a single sample. This approach generates data-rich outputs, allowing clients to assess entire biological pathways or identify and prioritise key biomarkers for their programmes.
