Multi-Colour Flow Cytometry

Our team has extensive experience with conventional, imaging, and spectral flow cytometry platforms. With deep expertise in designing and optimising multi-colour panels, we use these platforms to deliver high-quality phenotypic data for in-depth characterisation and to support the development of downstream assays.

Our Services:

Antibody Cell Binding

Flow cytometry can be used to determine the number of target proteins expressed per cell and to measure antibody binding.

Flow cytometry data showing the quantification of target 1 and target 2 surface expression in a cell line of interest using PE-conjugated beads:

Cell Death

Flow cytometry is a powerful approach to study multiple mechanisms of cell death, such as apoptosis, necrosis and ferroptosis.

Phagocytosis

Conventional and imaging flow cytometry can be used to measure the phagocytosis of cells or particles by immune cells. RxCelerate have an in-house team of phlebotomists and donors for the isolation of primary immune cells onsite.

Cell Identity

Our team are experts in the design of complex multi-colour flow cytometry panels for the identification and quantification of specific cell subsets. This includes immune cell subsets.

Cell Cycle

Flow cytometry can be used to investigate the impact of compounds on progression through the cell cycle.

Our in vitro team input at all stage of the drug discovery pipeline, feeding into the integrated approach of RxCelerate:

  • Research and discovery
  • Target validation and lead optimisation
  • Screening and profiling
  • Mechanism of action
  • Pre-clinical and clinical sample analyses
