ADME Profiling
We offer rapid and cost-effective access to a comprehensive range of in vitro ADME profiling through our trusted partners.
Our assays generate robust data on key parameters including solubility, stability, permeability, metabolism and protein binding, enabling informed selection of compounds to progress to in vivo studies.
This data is managed and visualised in CDD Vault, allowing us to rapidly build SAR and optimise compounds for in vivo performance.
DMPK Profiling
We provide both standard and bespoke in vivo PK profiling across a range therapeutic modalities and administration routes enabling the subsequent design of robust efficacy studies and optimal asset selection.
Our flexible approach to scheduling supports fast-moving programmes, whilst close integration between our teams means we can provide rapid interpretation of new data and optimise follow-on studies in response to new results.
As part of the PK/PD pipeline, our bespoke protocols for in vivo profiling are designed to generate the maximum data from each study.
